Who’s the Coach?
Hi, I am Dr. Raheem. I’ve spent more than a decade working in advanced analytics in a complex healthcare industry (hospitals, health insurance and pharmaceutical companies).
My work includes building analytics solutions, collaborating with non‑technical stakeholders, and guiding other analysts as they grow.
Along the way, I’ve interviewed, evaluated, and mentored many early‑career candidates—students, junior analysts, and career switchers.
I’ve seen what actually gets attention from hiring managers and what causes promising candidates to be overlooked.
This platform is my space to share that experience independently of my employer, focused entirely on helping you build a strong, sustainable analytics career.
